In the year 2045, Los Angeles Police Department detective Hammond (Michael Jai White) and his new partner "Andy" (Randy Wayne) - a state of the art crimefighting robot cop are dispatched to the “Zone”, a quarantined area of Los Angeles where the residents are supposed to be nuclear infected. But they soon figure out that nuclear infection is not the real reason of the popular disease there but just a lie to cover a dangerous plot behind it.
