Chloe is an ultra-pampered and diamond-wearing Beverly Hills Chihuahua who finds herself lost on vacation in Mexico. Papi, a funny Chihuahua who is mad about Chloe, goes ahead to the south of the border to rescue her while Chloe is helped by Delgado, her new friend and self-appointed defender.
