In this thrill action-packed film, Jackie Chan is Lung, a playful and mischievous boy who attempts to send a love note to his girlfriend by a kite but the kite disappears and as he tries to get it back, he finds himself inside the headquarters of a bunch of thieves whose plot is to steal treasured artifacts from China.
