Sean Barker unexpectedly becomes the host to an alien bio-armor called Guyver. Now he is attempting to look for the reason why the Guyver unit forces him to fight and kill evil. He is taken to an archaeological site where scientists discover an ancient spaceship. Now he must fight against Kronos again to keep them stay away from Guyver.
