Rose Cooper, a uptight and by-the-book officer of San Antonio Police Department, takes responsibility of escorting Riva, a drug boss and his outgoing and attractive wife Daniella to Dallas to testify against notorious cartel leader Vincente Cortez. But before they depart, Riva is murdered, so Riva has to protect Daniella from the hunt of crooked cops and murderous gunmen.
