Rambo is detained in a camp with the main task is quarrying. One day Trautman comes to see Rambo, brings him out of prison and gives him the task to rescue American soldier detained in Vietnam. Rambo parachutes into Thailand and penetrates to Vietnam with the help of a local woman. He also finds a prisoner and rescues him but then they are chased.
