This movie follows an inanimate car tire Robert which finds itself has horrifying powers of telepathy after he is left in the desert. With his powers, Robert is able to wipe out anything he wants without moving, and he soon aims at humans, particularly a beautiful and strange woman who crosses his path and becomes its obsession.
