The film is a crossover between Scooby-Doo and Batman: The Brave and the Bold. In this, after saving Scooby-Doo and the gang from some truly dangerous villains, Batman enlists the help of Mystery Inc. to help him solve one of his few unsolved cases, when new information shows up. Meanwhile, they also have to deal with a new mysterious villain who calls himself the 'Crimson Cloak', who is planning to take over Gotham City.
