After stealing an 86-carat diamond, Franky makes his way to London to sell the diamond to diamond dealer Doug "The Head" on behalf of New York jeweler "Cousin Avi". But he doesn't know that the diamond is the target of several groups of people due to different purpose and they create a tumbledown situation around it.
