16-year-old Ellie lives in a cursed town where a series of tragedies take place. Plagues knock on her door as her sister and father are murdered, and when two of her fellow cheerleaders are kidnapped, she embarks herself on an investigation and a rescue mission on her own, being uncertain if the killer may already be hot on her trail.
