This horror stars Jason Crowe as Tyler, a clown performer, who along with his future brother-in-law dresses as the Wasco Clown and takes pictures that become viral on the Internet. However, they have no idea their joke is going to bring the real murderous Wasco Clown back to the town and spread fear to every corner of it.
