In a futuristic Japan, territorial street gangs form opposing factions which are known as the Tribes. After the Shibuya riots, the Tribes of Tokyo has a short period of peace until three member of the Musashino Saru invade the territory of the Wu-Ronz. Mera, the leader of the Wu-Ronz killed the three, which leads to the war between the Tribes.
